I'm Yu! I've been active in the Pacific Northwest costume performance and fandom community since around 2012, when I began cosplaying, fursuiting, and dancing. My sources of inspiration have varied over the years, but these days, I love to portray characters from my favorite video games.

My background blends formal training in a variety of dance styles such as musical theatre, modern/contemporary, ballet, waving, and breaking for a unique combination of elements that highlights expressiveness, energy, and fluidity.

I hand-make most of my own costumes to ensure suitability for the high-intensity, physical lifestyle of a cosplay dancer, with a strong focus on durability, comfort, and ease of movement while also replicating details accurate to the source material.

If you're ever in Washington or Oregon for fandom events, you will likely see me somewhere backstage, on-stage, or just goofing off around the convention space!
